Hello! Again! My name is Rose. It feels odd to talk about myself so I shall do my best :')I go by she/her pronouns, I'm a digital artist in the USA. Along with character design, I love writing lyrics, playing video games, pacing to my daydreams and I'm hoping to get more practice with 3D modeling! TERMS OF SERVICE FOR ADOPTS
-The adopt may be shared through social media, but please provide credit to me as the designer (and artist if any public use includes the original artwork)
(A link to this Carrd, my Etsy shop, Ko-Fi or any social media with the handle sleepyrosetea/sleepyroseteaart all work as credit)
-Ownership of the character belongs to you upon purchase. Transparent, unwatermarked .png and .jpg files of will be sent through provided means of communication within 24 hours
-I am allowed to use the original artwork of the adopt for social media and portfolios. If you want to request otherwise, please contact me via email
-You are allowed to edit and change aspects of the design as long as it resembles the original in some form
-Please do not make any major edits to the original artwork
-You may regift, trade and resell my adopts (as long as the resell price does not succeed the original value)-No refunds
-DO NOT claim my artwork as yours
-I do NOT consent to my art being used in NFTs or AI
-My adopts by default are for personal/non-commercial use only. This includes roleplaying, social media profile pictures/banners, posting drawings and/or stories of them and anything else that is not using the design for profit
-Should you wish to use the bought adopt for any kind of commercialized work, please contact me via email to negotiate on pricing
